Who Should Apply to Our Program? The PEM fellowship seeks physicians who will have completed three years of training in an accredited residency program in Emergency Medicine or Pediatrics in order to sit for the American Board of Emergency Medicine or American Board of Pediatrics certifying examinations. Our program is not currently able to provide visa opportunities for non-US citizens.

The following information should be uploaded into this program:

  1. Completed on-line application.
  2. Current photograph.
  3. Personal statement.
  4. Three letters of recommendation.
  5. Dean’s letter.
  6. Medical school transcript.
  7. Parts 1, 2, and 3 of the USMLE.
  8. If a graduate of a medical school outside of the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico, valid ECFMG certificate.

The deadline for completed applications is August 31st. Selected candidates are then selected to interview during the months of September and October.
